What you are about to read, I assure you, is true and I would also assure you that I have only allowed this book to be published out of consideration for the poor soul buried in my current location.

Believe me, I have no wish to be tainted with the evil doings of the horrendous and sadistic aunt with a passion for female domination whose property and wealth is now mine.

For that reason – and shame for this debased part of my own lineage – I have changed all personal and place names (especially my own) that I cannot be traced and linked to the entirely despicable example of human sewage whose blood I partly share.

I found her captive’s journal and diaries when I cleared out the cottage bequeathed me and it is no exaggeration to say that I hate it here. The place seems to permeate with her presence still, even though the monster drew her last and much belated breath over a month ago at the age of eighty-one. No one as evil as her deserved to live that long and if there were any steps I could take that would eradicate her from my family tree and my memory you can be sure I would be taking them even as I write.

In short, I hope that hell exists and she is, right now, feeling its excruciating heat.

While for the innocent and undeserving man whose life she stripped from him I wish for an entirely more elevated celestial location and that, while there, he is re-united with the love of his life my aunt’s warped and sick needs removed from his future.
