Mistress of Man – For one young woman, the need to dominate and totally control her man does not mean she doesn’t love him.
Young girls like Melissa in Texas were supposed to know their place.

Melissa figured out early on that she had to stand up for herself.

As you might expect, both horse and owner got along much better after he accepted the young woman’s mastery.
She learned from the experience and went on to apply its lessons to animals of a quite different ilk.

The ones she was interested in, that is, she reckoned could be trained in much the same way as horses.
With discipline and, when it was deserved, love.
That said, she had to have the right material to work with.
After all, not all men were readily trainable, and she had some frustrating first experiences with them.
But then she found Aaron.
The young man who would grow to become the love of her life.
Of course, she had to whip him into shape but was successful in this because he wanted the security of the structure and discipline she employed as much as she needed to employ it.
Aaron, she soon realised had always known that he needed a strong woman’s firm hand and when she came into his life he immediately recognized that, if she accepted him, he would finally be with the woman he had long hoped to find.
