Lifetime Membership

1. Membership Benefits

1.1 The Member is entitled to the following benefits for the duration of this agreement:

• Free downloads of all published books.

2. Duration

2.1 This membership is intended to last for the lifetime of the Member, subject to the termination clauses outlined in Section 4.

3. Fees

3.1 The Member agrees to pay a one-time fee of £75.00 for this lifetime membership.

4. Termination

4.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement under the following circumstances:

a) Change in ownership of the Company

b) Significant changes in the Company's business model or operations c) Unforeseen market conditions that render the membership program unsustainable

d) Regulatory changes that impact the Company's ability to offer the membership e) Force majeure events

4.2 In the event of termination, the Company will:

a) Provide written notice to the Member at least 30 days prior to the termination date b) Offer reasonable compensation or alternative benefits to the Member, which may include:

• Pro-rated refund of the membership fee
• Temporary continuation of benefits for a specified period
• Alternative products or services of comparable value

5. Modifications

5.1 The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement or the benefits offered, with 30 days' written notice to the Member.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Company's liability under this agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Member for the lifetime membership.

7. Governing Law

7.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

8. Acceptance

By purchasing this lifetime membership, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
